✪; Sebastian smiled and chuckled, putting away the blood soaked machete and gently picking up the boy. “At least you know how to use it, yeah? You can hold it to my head right now if it makes you feel better. I am impressed that you live alone. My name is Sebastian Michaelis,” he paused as he gazed around at the street names, quickly finding the right one and walking down it, searching for the apartment and keeping an eye out for walkers, “What’s yours?”
He had never been one for small talk, social interaction never seemed appealing. However, Sebastian enjoyed the company. He liked the younger male’s attitude and his ability to survive. Sebastian was not afraid, and he wasn’t going to steal any supplies. He didn’t really care about the value of food or whatever.
“Do you like sweets? I found some Twinkies. You can have them if you’d like,” he offered with a soft smile. He needed a friend, and he was pretty desperate, “I’ve also got water if you need some,” He was generous towards the bluenette, wanting the other to know that he was not a threat. The raven haired man wasn’t usually so kind, but he had a soft spot for children. This boy clearly had an interesting history, and Sebastian couldn’t wait to hear it. Anything would be enough to liven up the dreary loneliness that lurked in his mind and body.
──♚── Ciel thought about putting the gun to the man’s head as he was lifted bridal style, but he decided not to. Something told him he could trust this guy. It was kind of embarrassing to be lifted so easily. It made his pale cheeks grow hot with a light blush, so he turned his attention away from the man, and instead focused on where they were going.
"My name is Ciel Phantomhive.“ It was a pretty well known name. Considering his parents owned a rather large company and several candy stores around the city. He pointed to the right apartment building before they made their way up the stairs to the front door. ”Be careful, I set up a few traps in the entry way.“
Ciel’s eyes lit up at the mention of sweets. That was something he didn’t find enough of anymore. He had plenty of canned corn, but candy and cakes? God, when was the last time he even had a cakey food? He tried not to look excited, but he clearly was.
When they’d made it safely through the traps, he instructed the other male to the right apartment and unlocked the door once they were there. The apartment itself was relatively nice. It had a nice little kitchen, a big living room, and down the hall was a bathroom and two bedrooms. The boy had it cleaned up relatively well, and if one didn’t know that it was the end of the world, you’d mistake it for a regular apartment.
”I have water and stuff. After I made this apartment my base, I raided all the other apartments for food and any useful things. Some furniture too… One of the apartments had like 30 gallons of spring water and there’s still a good bit left.“ Ciel waited until Sebastian sat him on the couch before he took off his backpack and opened it up. Inside was another gallon of water, several cans of food, and a bag of medicines, bandages, and other medical supplies.
”I found this today. There was more where I found it but this is all I could fit in my bag.“
