──♚── Ｃiel’s evening tea was something he always looked forward to. Not only did Sebastian always bring him a perfectly made cup of tea, but he would bring him a sweet treat to compliment the afternoon tea. It was no secret that the sweets Sebastian made were top notch. Even if Ciel normally didn’t like to compliment the butler, it was evident he enjoyed it.
Ｔoday was no different. Right on time, a knock came to the study door as Sebastian entered with a tray. Ciel placed his pen on the desk, watching with anticipation as the demon came closer. As usual, Sebastian announced what the tea and the treat would be. It was a flowery white tea and a very delicious looking slice of a bourbon pecan tart. The teacup and plate was sat in front of him when Sebastian came close, giving the teen a whiff of the demons unique and pleasant scent. Okay. Maybe the tea and the treats wasn’t the ONLY reason he enjoyed this time of day. It was also the one time they were both completely alone with no one to bother them, if only for a while. Before Sebastian could leave him to eat his afternoon snack, Ciel spoke up.
“Ｓebastian, wait. Come here for a moment and lean in close.“ The young earl ordered, sounding as though he were about to complain about something. When the demon obliged, instead of speaking another word, he quickly leaned in close as well, placing a soft kiss to the corner of Sebastian’s mouth as a thank you. It was only a split second before he was sitting back in his chair and waving his hand dismissively for the other to leave.
